Shipping & Return Policy

Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple.

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept item(s) in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise (free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair). For health and hygiene reasons, some products will not be eligible for returns. This includes face masks, earrings & water bottles.

You can return your order for a refund, within 30 days of dispatch. Do you need a different size or just prefer another color? We offer exchanges and store credits free within 45 days.

  • Store credits and exchanges need to be returned within 45 days.

  • Refunds must be processed within 30 days. *Handling fees apply*

  • All item(s) must be in original packaging, in original condition.

  • Returns affected by perfume, deodorants or make-up will not be accepted.


Clothing Exchanges must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date. Please email info@artisancollective.store

ALL Custom Clothing is FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled or altered once produced. Please check and send your correct measurements and customizations before purchasing.

We are not responsible for inaccurate information included in your order.

Designs, Alterations, & alternate colors can be made for an additional charge. Please contact us info@artisancollective.store

Jewelry Most of our Jewelry is handmade, some pieces are made exactly the same and some versions may be different. You will receive the most updated version on that product. Some products may have slight variations to the product shown.

Jewelry Exchange – Due to hygienic reasons all jewelry sales are final. Exchange available if product is damaged on arrival.  We must be notified of the defect in 3 days and the Item must be returned within 7 business days of delivery date. Tracking number and description of defect must be sent to info [at] cookandcraftco.com. Once the product has been shipped back to us a replacement will be sent out. (crowns, necklaces, glasses, bracelets, rings, brooches all classify as jewelry)

Footwear –  Regular priced, in stock footwear can be exchanged, Footwear that is on Sale cannot be exchanged. Please take note of this when purchasing.  (Footwear includes flip flops, rollable flats, sneakers, Slippers & Slides)

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All Items are shipped within 48 hours of a paid order. Items will ship via USPS free to the 48 contiguous US states only. Locations outside these 48 states will be charged as chosen in checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after 48-hour processing time. 

Items ordered after 2:00pm Central time on Friday to Monday will process as a Monday order and ship within the 48 hours from Monday AM.  There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages:
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.

Shipping will not be refunded.
